The corridor between Spain and India, walked with you.
A private internationalisation practice for companies that intend to be somewhere new next year — and intend to still be there in ten. Fifteen years, 167 companies, one team on both sides of every border.

A practice, not an agency.
Exteria is deliberately small. Every engagement is led by a partner who stays on it from the first conversation to the handover, on both sides of the corridor — because the moment a file is passed to somebody who was not in the room, a market entry starts to lose the thread.
We work the Spain–India route because it is one of the most rewarding and least understood in European business. Spanish manufacturers underestimate how procedural India is. Indian exporters underestimate how relationship-led Spain is. Both lose years to that gap.
Our method is unglamorous and it holds: a written plan, a fixed fee, and the same faces until the entity runs without us.
Three practices, one team, no relay race.
They stand on their own and they work considerably better together — which is the whole argument for not hiring three firms.
